Jennifer Shepherd is a Certified
Association Executive whose focus is in the field of change
management for associations. She has worked for a number
of association clients, helping them to define strategic
priorities, align resources and organizational structures
in support of these priorities, and improve member services.
Jennifer has experience in the full spectrum of project
management services including: developing RFPs and project
timetables, monitoring consultants' performance, seeking
input and guidance from multi-stakeholder volunteer boards
and committees, and working with government funding partners
and program guidelines.
As a volunteer with the National Capital Region Chapter
of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE),
Jennifer organizes and facilitates monthly sessions for
senior association executives who learn from and support
each other, share best practices and identify and discuss
emerging issues

Jennifer was recognized by
the Chapter as Business Member of the Year in 2004 for
her success in leading this initiative.
Jennifer's work experience is complemented with an Honours
Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a Consumer Studies
Major from the University of Guelph. Jennifer earned the
designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE) from
the Canadian Society of Association Executives in 2003.
